Pl. I — The collecting instrument
MonoForm is a field guide for information. Build a form in minutes, share or embed it anywhere, and every answer arrives labeled and filed — ready to study.

Preface — why this guide exists
Forms are how the web collects things — RSVPs, briefs, feedback, signups. Yet most form builders treat the work like paperwork: bloated, locked-in, and ugly wherever they're embedded. MonoForm is the notebook we wished existed: one page per form, shareable or embeddable in seconds, with every answer filed where you can actually study it.
It is built by a developer, for anyone who needs to collect information — other developers embedding it, organizers chasing RSVPs, freelancers gathering briefs. What you see is what ships.
axiom 01
Nothing on this page is a mockup. The specimen above collects; the builder, embeds, and analytics behind it ship.
axiom 02
Demonstration data says it is demonstration data. The free plan is a real plan, not a countdown to a paywall.
axiom 03
Export your responses anytime, self-host the whole instrument with Docker, or delete your account and every trace of it.

Pl. III — The collection ritual
Drag fields onto the leaf — or start from a template. The form takes shape in about two minutes.
Apply a theme, set it to open and close on a schedule, arrange steps for longer surveys.
Send the link, or embed one snippet in any site. The specimen goes into the wild immediately.
Responses file themselves as they arrive — views, completions, and drop-offs logged in real time.
