By accessing and using MonoForm ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

MonoForm is a form builder platform designed for consumers to create, customize, and share online forms. Our service includes:

Drag-and-drop form builder interface
Multiple field types (text, email, number, select, etc.)
Form customization and theming options
Public form sharing and submission collection
Form analytics and response management
Real-time collaboration features

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use certain features of MonoForm, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

All activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use MonoForm. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee that MonoForm will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time.

8. Limitation of Liability

MonoForm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MonoForm operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
